How long has Orca bags been trading?
A family operated and owned business, we began trading in 1998
Are your bags eco-friendly?
All our bags are eco-friendly. Our polythene bags are fully bio-degradable, our paper bags are recycled or from sustainable sources and all our cotton bags and fabric bags are ethically sourced.
Can I have some samples?
Of course! We have plenty of samples to help you choose the right bag. We are more than happy to send samples out, however it is always good to have a chat about what type of bag you require first so we can make sure we send you the right samples.
What is your minimum order?
Polythene bags have a minimum of 1,000 pieces.
Paper bags with rope handles just 250 pieces
Cotton/jute/fabric bags as low as 100.
Stock bags also available for immediate despatch.
How do I place an order?
To order all you have to do is send an email saying you wish to proceed and attach the artwork. Please see our artworks section for details on how to supply artwork.
For plain or stock bags – a simple email with yout requirements and we will get straight back to you…..or of course give us a call!
Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
It depends on how far we are with production. If you have approved the artwork and we have produced the printing plates, then you can cancel the order but would be expected to pay for the printing plates. If nothing has been done yet, then cancelling is fine, but please note that with some bags, there could be a charge for materials ordered at various stages of the order and these would be invoiced.
How long until my bags arrive?
We are used to meeting deadlines for exhibitions and events and this is often agreed at the quoting stage or when the order is placed. All our bags have various leadtimes from a few days to several weeks. If you have a deadline we can advise what bags are available and work with you so you get your bags at a time convenient with you.
I have seen all the bags on the site, but really need something a bit special-can you help?
We are more than happy to have a look at any ideas you may have and enjoy the challenge of helping you achieve them. So use our wealth of experience and we will certainly help you to create something unique.
Do you do stock bags?
We have a huge range if stock bags so please get in touch. We are working on getting a full list added to the site soon, but in the meantime just call or email your enquiry. More information is available on our Wholesale page.

We are a family run business who started out as a company who wanted to sell nothing but eco-friendly bags 12 years ago. There is now a growing demand for eco-friendly bags and we were there at the beginning. We care about our customers and as a family run business, it really is OUR business, this means the person you deal with will work hard to make sure you are happy and stay with us.
